Your Slimeo order is on its way. Please read the following tips for a great experience with the slime

 

Play Slime:

​

• Your order includes a small bag of Borax and complimentary stickers. The slime occasionally becomes sticky during shipping, if that happens, mix the bag of borax with 2 cups of water, add the mixture in small amounts to the slime and knead until the slime is not sticky anymore. Adding too much borax might make the slime harder, so add the mixture little by little.

• Beads and charms usually sink to the bottom, foam beads rise to the top during shipping, that’s normal. When you start playing with the slime, you can spread them out as you want by kneading the slime.

• Iceberg slime takes 3-5 days to form the crust on top. If the crust breaks during shipping, knead the slime and put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours without lid, it will develop a crust again.

• Kids younger than 8 should only be allowed to handle borax in a diluted form under supervision. The borax bag included with each order should be kept away from the children.

Edible Slime:

 

Our edible slime is handmade and contains only premium quality food-grade ingredients. Depending on the slime you choose, it will contain a combination of marshmallows, milk, popular candy brands (M&M, Skittles, Starburst, Jellybeans etc.), food coloring, food flavoring, fruit extracts and ice-cream cones made out of flour. If you are allergic to any food items, email us at hello@slimeo.co and we may be able to modify the recipe to exclude the requested ingredients.​

• Your order includes edible slime, if you ordered a cone, its included separately. Please insert the slime into the cone when you receive it. Please read the labels on the slimes to ensure you are eating the edible slime, always double check. Play Slimes (non-edible) have a "Do not eat" label.

• Your edible slime may harden a bit during shipping, if that happens please put it in a dish and warm it up in microwave for 5-10 seconds, that will soften it up.

International Orders: Depending on where you live outside of the US, your order will go through your country's Customs. The amount of time it takes to process through Customs varies. Please track your order using the tracking number provided to stay up-to-date on where you slime is now.
